PAYMENT

❖ All payments should be in USD. All payments should be made through PayPal, Venmo, Zettle, Stripe, etc. (This list is due to change at any time without notice)

❖ Payment is due in full up front for any commission equal to or below 500 USD.Any amount larger than 500 USD you may pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% and a monthly payment of a minimum of 200 USD.

Payments are typically due at the beginning of the monet, if that does not work for you please let me know.
If you miss a monthly payment you will be hit with a 100 USD fee. This will continue to stack per violation.
❖ Once our negotiation is done and I start your commission, I won’t refund you the full amount; only up to 50%.

ARTIST

I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use images as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

❖ I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission. Just ask me!

❖ I cannot claim Intellectual Property to reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects.

❖ I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.

❖ I reserve the right to modify and resell any patterns made for your commission at a later date. If you wish for this to not be the case please let me know.

Example: I may reuse the pattern on your tail but the colors will be different.
I will not remake a suit I’ve made for another person without the original owners permission.
❖ If I find out you’re using or are planning to use my artwork as/for:

-NFT’s (Non-Fungible Token)

-Any other form of cryptocurrency

-Train AI

You will be blacklisted from my work PERMANENTLY.

COMMISSIONER

❖ Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please.

❖ You are allowed to take your suit or other items to anyone you please for repair, but be aware the quality may not match the original piece.

❖ Your items are protected by a limited lifetime warranty, if you would like a physical copy of the warranty with your care letter please let me know! I’ll happily include a copy.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

The item will be under a limited warranty for the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase. If items are defective, damaged, or malfunctioning in any way, the Buyer (you) must contact the Seller (me: Burningshackles) within 60 days and the Seller will provide repairs free of charge. If damage from normal wear and tear occurs within 1 year, the Seller will repair/replace the parts in question with charges covered by the Buyer.

The limited warranty does NOT cover misuse/stains. The limited warranty does not apply to any damage, expenses, or injuries that occur from improper use, mishandling, faulty transportation, or incorrect care.

❖ If you’d like an adult suit you must be able to provide a valid proof of ID and a picture of yourself, these will stay private and in DMs.

– When returning these items they MUST be washed prior to shipment, if they are not I will return to the sender and not cover the shipping fee either way.

PROCEDURE

❖ Once your down payment is made you’ll be added to my Trello, this queue is public and you may check it at any time. With this money I buy your materials needed- you will not see this money back even if you cancel.

❖ Work does not begin until your invoice is paid off, this takes as long as it takes, you’re more than free to pay more than your minimum payment to move this faster!

❖ Once started your commission can take up to a year to complete.

❖ My headbases are bought from FuzzbuttFursuits, they are 3D printed and shipped to me, they take 6-10 weeks to be made and arrive, please be aware of this.

❖ I do work on multiple projects at the same time, if that is an issue please let me know.

❖ I DO NOT take hard deadlines, Im mentally ill and disabled, work happens when it happens. I can try and meet a con or event but please be aware it’s never guaranteed.

❖ Shipping cannot be calculated till your commission is complete, therefore is NOT included in your invoice.

❖ If you’re local or are attending an event I am, we can arrange for a pick up!

❖ With any item you receive from me I include a swatch card, please keep this safe and on hand this will help any future projects/repairs!
